ComplyPost is priced by pages processed per month. Every plan includes AI classification, client matching, and the audit trail — the plans differ in volume, users, and extras.
What does the Free plan include?
100 pages a month, up to 10 clients, 1 user, 1 registered address, 30-day retention, automatic reading and sorting, email delivery, and the audit trail. No credit card needed.
What counts as a page?
Each page of an uploaded PDF counts as one page, whatever is on it. A 10-page scan uses 10 pages of your monthly allowance.
What happens when I hit my page limit?
On Free, uploads pause until the next month. Starter includes 500 pages and then charges £0.10 per extra page; Pro includes 1,000 pages and charges £0.06. Overage is billed at the end of the month.
How does the Pro trial work?
14 days with full Pro features and no credit card. When it ends you move to the Free plan unless you subscribe.
How does annual billing work?
Pay 10 months up front and get 12 — Starter £319.90/year, Pro £749.90/year, roughly 17% off monthly pricing.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Upgrade any time — you are charged the pro-rata difference immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. If you cancel, you can export your data first, and deletion is available on request.
