Getting Started with ComplyPost
ComplyPost runs entirely in the browser — there is nothing to install. You need three things to start: an account, your client list, and a scanned PDF of some post.
How do I create an account?
Sign up at app.complypost.co.uk/signup with your name, email, and a password. The Free plan starts automatically — 100 pages a month, no credit card required.
What do I need before my first upload?
Your client list. Add clients one by one, import them from a CSV, or scan your office address against Companies House and import every company registered there in one step. The more complete the list, the better the automatic letter matching.
How do I process my first batch of post?
Scan the pile as one multi-page PDF on any scanner or copier, go to Uploads, and drop the file in. ComplyPost splits it into individual letters, reads each one, and suggests the client it belongs to. You review, confirm, and send.
Do I need a special scanner?
No. Anything that produces a PDF works, including the scan-to-email button on an office copier. You can also forward post into ComplyPost by email.
How long does setup actually take?
Most firms import their clients and process a first batch within about 15 minutes. There is no IT project and nothing to configure before the first upload.
