How do clients receive their letters?
As a clean PDF attached to an email with a short summary, sent from your firm’s own domain once configured — or through the secure client portal, or both.
Can I send from our own email domain?
Yes. Configure a custom sending domain in settings so delivery emails come from your firm’s address rather than a generic one.
How do I know a client actually received a letter?
Every delivery is logged in the audit trail, and portal views and downloads are recorded too. The deliveries list shows the status of everything sent.
Can I resend a delivery?
Yes — any delivery can be resent from the deliveries list, and the resend is logged as a separate event.
Can I send several letters to one client at once?
Yes. Letters for the same client can be sent together in one batch delivery instead of separate emails per letter.
